All swords are registered (TOROKUSHO), when the sword is exported to a foreign country. We first return the registration card to the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture (MONBUSHO).
Customers are asked to cover all bank transfer fees.
Upon confirmation of payment,the items will be shipped via a certified shipping agent,at the expense of the customer.shipping costs will be confirmed in advance.
If the customer is not satisfied with the item, we accept the returned item within 3 days after the item arrived. In that case, let us know by FAX or E-Mail. We refund the money after the item clears Japanese customs and registration. Also, the item must be in the same condition before we sent it and after we receive it (If the item has any damage, we will charge the customer for repairs or any damage).
