All swords are registered (TOROKUSHO), when the sword is exported to a foreign country. We first return the registration card to the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture (MONBUSHO).
When we receive an order for an item, we ask the customer to send payment. After the payment has cleared, we apply for the export license. It takes about 2 weeks, then we send the item by International Express Mail Service (EMS).
If the customer is not satisfied with the item, we accept the returned item within 3 days after the item arrived. In that case, let us know by FAX or E-Mail. We refund the money after the item clears Japanese customs and registration. Also, the item must be in the same condition before we sent it and after we receive it (If the item has any damage, we will charge the customer for repairs or any damage).
